I always knew that, one day, this blog would present an opportunity for me to post a clip from Tyra. Unfortunately it's on when I'm supposed to be at a job pretending to do stuff, so I never get to see it, but I was introduced to Tyra herself thanks to a certain Tubtributor enjoying the godawful shitheap that is America's Next Top Model. I'm convinced she's the most obnoxious person alive, and possibly the dumbest person who manages to still somehow seem pretentious, but these are theories for another post. The point for this post is that she thought it would be a good idea to put a crazy racist family on her show and feed their kids some painfully obvious scripted lines to hammer home the horror of it all.

I should point out before you watch this video that there is a lot of racism (nothing that isn't fit to televise, obviously) and there are some images of swastikas and the like so viewer discretion etc. etc. It is presented in the "racism is terrible" sense, though, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

So, the father is actually probably a crazy racist hick who actually believes his scrawny ass will be a fighter in the next great race war (Sorcerers vs. Rogues). In fact, he thinks he's going to "lead it into battle," but I don't see an army of garbage piles like him making it past the first round of artillery fire. Where is all the style and class of good old European racism? If this guy is the Ubermensch I should at least have gotten a raise by now. The greatest blow to his credibility, though, is that he suggests Tyra Banks would be a great leader of the black community when they all go back to Africa. Tyra Banks in a leadership position is probably the only thing that could make Somalia more of a disaster than it is now.

The rest of them are completely unconvincing, though. The mother is definitely crazy (especially evident when she talks about her kids having tons of beautiful children that she can NURTURE AND TEACH NEED BABIES NOW OH GOD), but I can't help but feel she's phoning the whole racism thing in. An "intense dislike" for Jewish people? Where is all the ranting about the conniving Jew who controls the world media and finance? If you're going to be a legitimate crazy racist you should be at least as anti-semitic as Ron Paul supporters.

The kids either had something written for them or were extensively coached by their parents, because they deliver the blandest racist lines I've ever heard. "I try to avoid [black people]." That's the most worked up they can get about it? All the daughter can manage is that she won't play with them, and, as far as I know, most tea parties are de-facto segregated anyway, unless you count Care Bear as some kind of ethnicity (they are a little swarthy). And come on, nobody invites the black Cabbage Patch kid anywhere. The son closes with how much he loves a good family Swastika burning, and how he gets a ton of cool stuff, like "flags, helmets, knives . . ." which makes me think he'll just be Best Friends Forever (tm) with the first black kid he meets that has a PlayStation 3.

In conclusion, Tyra, I could have found 10 families more racist than this one just by walking into an Applebee's in Central Pennsylvania (Pennsyltucky). Oh, and if you, the reader, really want to abuse yourself, there are like 10,000 "response" videos of people V-logging (sorry) about it, of which I've only watched the first, but I can extrapolate that the rest are utterly terrible.

Finally, just to divert the post from all this nasty racism business, I'll add some videos of people being stupid on Family Feud, which seems to be the only game show capable of reducing a person to ape-like intelligence by putting a screen full of blanks in front of them (all right, that's not true).
