"Also, Phylan will have a montage of people getting knocked unconscious. If he doesn't, he totally should." - D.C.
I am inclined to agree! So here are the best hits I was able to dig up on YouTube. The first isn't really people getting knocked unconscious in the literal sense, but it's too good not to post, and, well, some of them may have. Below is the Houston Metro trolley facing off against what is apparently a hand-picked set of the worst drivers in the world (alternatively, "Texans").
I mean, I'm not asking for thorough shoulder checks every two seconds, but it's probably advisable to check your side-view mirrors for any giant public transportation vehicles that may happen to be rumbling down the left side of the road prior to turning.
On to the one-punch knockouts. This is a particularly painful looking swing out of nowhere at a guy waiting for food at McDonald's. If you've seen Superbad, I'm fairly sure they ripped off the convenience store scene from this clip:
Next is a basketball referee in Uruguay getting his clock cleaned by a towering ogre of a player. The referee turned out to be all right, so you can appreciate this nasty hit guilt-free. In the player's defense, it was a really bad call.
The next two we can file under "hits from which you can obtain near-sexual gratification." The first is the lead singer from Panic! At The Disco gathering payment for his musicianship in the form of a beer bottle to the head:
And, better still, some drunken redneck taking the entire nation's repressed bitterness over Bio-dome and Encino Man straight to Pauly Shore's face during a stand-up routine.
Finally, in the spirit of hometown sports (as my beloved Phillies will be taking on the Nationals tomorrow night in a three game series that will make or break their playoff hopes), here is Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Sheldon Brown shellacking Saints running back Reggie Bush in the NFC Divisional Playoffs last year. The Eagles lost this game, but watching Reggie Bush struggle for breath in the first minute of the game was, to an abused and broken Philly sports fan, a minor victory.
YouTub runs on Thursdays at noon.

HAHAHA BEST TITLE EVER.
Also, that guy at ~1:25 in the trolley video got ROCKED.
Also, I love how the audience is cracking up and cheering when Pauly Shore gets hit, even though presumably since they paid to see his standup they are the closest thing in existence to actually being Pauly Shore fans.

Um, actually, "Encino Man" was fantastic.

Actually, I think the standard-bearer for "hits" for Youtub is a 10 second video called "Terry had THC in her system" . . . I'd recommend it highly for this installment of YouTub.

This is everything I wanted and more.
The best part of the Houston Light Rail video is the anticipation. You see the car slowing, you see it starting to turn... Oh shit, is it gonna make it? Not if it's in this montage. BAM!

I was just coming here to talk about the car that got its clock cleaned at the 1:26 mark. Nice one, Lauren.
I also liked the van at the end of the montage.

I keep watching it again and again, because even though basically the same thing happens every time, you can't help but think that the NEXT guy will be smart enough to go "oh, wait, there is a huge thing coming right at me that is readily identifiable in my mirror, better hold off" but nooooooo.
